IMMOFINANZ Group: Stefan Schönauer new Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations
IMMOFINANZ Group is pleased to announce a new appointment: Stefan Schönauer, 31, is now officially the Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations following the gradual transfer of various responsibilities from his predecessor, Clemens Eisinger, since June 2011.

Schönauer has been with IMMOFINANZ Group since December 2008. In addition to the excellent analytical skills acquired during his work in the finance area and numerous projects related to the restructuring of IMMOFINANZ Group, this business administration and information management graduate has valuable knowledge and in-depth understanding of corporate processes.

After completing his studies in business administration at the Vienna University of Business and Economics and information management at the University of Vienna, Schönauer started his professional career with Invesco Asset Management Österreich GmbH in 2006.

Stefan Schönauer joined IMMOFINANZ Group in December 2008, where he was responsible for numerous projects in the finance area, taxes, treasury, corporate finance and controlling.

Together with his team Schönauer will continue to work for high transparency, increased international visibility and the optimisation of communications with analysts and investors.

IMMOFINANZ Group Chief Executive Officer Eduard Zehetner on this latest appointment: “Stefan Schönauer will be an ideal addition to our team with his extensive expertise and experience. As the Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations, he will make an important contribution to the continued success of IMMOFINANZ Group. We are pleased to continue this successful cooperation“.

Clemens Eisinger, the former Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations, will now address new challenges in another area of the corporation. In recent years Eisinger worked to increase the professionalism of the Investor Relations Department, and played an important role under Eduard Zehetner in the restructuring of IMMOFINANZ Group and the optimisation of the corporation’s financing structure. Since the Group’s restructuring and the reorientation of Investor Relations are now completed, Eisinger will contribute his experience to the restructuring of IMMOFINANZ Group’s activities in South-Eastern Europe and the integration of the Adama Group in a key management function.

Eduard Zehetner on these new appointments: “We are pleased that we were able to fill these two key positions internally. This also demonstrates our commitment to providing our employees with interesting opportunities for advancement.“
